This Italian musician was born in Torino, Italy in 1955.
From his early childhood he attended the Music School of his hometown, where he studied piano . He completed his musical studies at the Conservatory in Milano, Italy, where he graduated in conducting and composition.
He took a degree in Humanities, with a degree thesis in history of cinema on the movie " Le Jardin de Celibidache".
His career as a conductor began in Italy, where he founded the Collegiata Musicale di Roma chamber orchestra. He worked for one year as Assistant of Peter Maag and, following him, conduct the orchestras of Washington, Madrid, Berna, Parma, " La Scala " Theater, Hamburg Opera.
The most importants education incentives comes from a ten years' fellowship with the rumenian conductor Sergiu Celibidache
